           Who likes stress? DEFINETELY NOT ME.  Everyday's another oppurtunity to be the MAIN character. Come on, Main character's always have the plot sorted out. Other elements are 'add-ons'. You stress me, you become a 'minus-off'. It's that simple. This write-up has a bit of everything you can do to relief stress. Trust me, you can't stress me, even if you tried. I KNOW BALL.

      1. YOGA:



 A calm, open-air space perfect for beginners and pros alike. You'll find peace under the trees with morning yoga classes and meditation circles- perfect for resetting after a long week.
